]]> Ameier 对《睡眠影响了精神状态》的评论 http://www.yanglei.name/2008/08/71.html/comment-page-1#comment-129 Ameier Wed, 24 Sep 2008 07:00:38 +0000 http://www.yanglei.name/blog/?p=71#comment-129 我第一次控制自己晚睡是在04年冬天，当时活干完了，回去睡觉简直是一种享受。由于在睡前那段时间几个人在一块儿忙总是有说有笑很兴奋，导致过了半年之久，我每次躺在床上不管几点都要拖上半小时才能睡着，让大脑停息真的不是件容易的事。 我现在也有失眠的情况，一直从04-08年这段时间，一直就没停过，我不习惯早睡，早上又起不来！而现在和当初不同的是，我晚上睡觉前不是在想过去的这一天做了什么，做了什么收获什么，这样的总结我突然感觉没有意义了，当时上学的时候，总是感觉能多学点是点，多做点是点，那只是应付性的突破自己去想，去做某些事情。所以，觉得乐趣无穷。 而现在不同，追求理想的车轮已经无法停息，每天做的东西都在奔驰，不可能去想过去这些东西能带来什么，而是经常想，应该怎么做，才不会迷茫，应该怎么做才不会在前进的道路上受到阻隔。才能顺利的方展下去，实现自己的理想和梦想，近一步说完成自己的欲望，一旦一个人在睡觉的时候想这些东西就会使大脑很累，人的大脑分为左脑和右脑，右脑是人类用于提取大脑中信息用的，在想之前做过的事情，脑子只会检索自己。而如果想怎么做的话，就会用到左脑，去创造本来不存在的思维，会使自己更容易大脑兴奋，而无法睡眠，我不敢想想天天让自己十点就睡觉，那我肯定做不到。 我第一次控制自己晚睡是在04年冬天，当时活干完了，回去睡觉简直是一种享受。由于在睡前那段时间几个人在一块儿忙总是有说有笑很兴奋，导致过了半年之久，我每次躺在床上不管几点都要拖上半小时才能睡着，让大脑停息真的不是件容易的事。
